Currently I'm not interested in doing HRT (worried about negative side effects), but I keep feeling that I really want breasts. Are there any non-surgical ways to grow breasts without doing HRT? (I'm guessing not, just covering my bases).

Assuming the first questions is negative, what are good options to at least appear like I have breasts? My wife has already warned me about bras pushing against lymph nodes not being great, so I just don't know where to start. At home, I use a couple pads from her swimsuit, but they are only held in place by my clothes, and any major movements make them fall out.

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you!

There are breastforms available online and there are plenty of tutorials to make them as well. The best way to keep them in place is a well- fitted bra. As long as you get the right size you should not have to worry about pressure on your lymph nodes. Tight fitting clothes would probably work as well but if you were doing any kind of activity they would probably shift around. The only other way I can think of to keep them on is with an adhesive, but I doubt that would be safe or comfortable to use all the time.

I know a diet for trans girls to gain softer tissue and achieve higher body fat. Higher body fat will also increase your natural estrogen.

    So the steps would be:
    1. Have a calorie deficit
    2. Do lots of cardio (not HIIT)
    3. Stay away from weights
    4. Google foods that increase estrogen and eat them a lot. Stay away from foods that increase T, such as fatty meats, cheese and eggs.

Do this until your body fat is 20-25% which is female range.

    Then:
    5. Eat a caloric plus.
    6. Do not work out.

If think you might get an A-Cup with this.

    Good luck!

I'll take a better look at breast forms, thanks. I'd try the diet, but my family eats paleo, so meat and eggs are kind of our go-to's :/

I have considered wearing a padded bra, I like the idea of looking like I have breasts, although I do look rather masculine otherwise.
