since we don't have to worry about pregnancy, we also don't have to worry about abortion either, which I personally don't support.
We're just so much more fabulous than straight people.

That "3-months-salary-diamond-engagement-ring" De Beers crap won't fly :lol:;

If we're similarly sized, wardrobe will double and we might even try new things; he will get plenty of ties and oxfords/polos from me and I might get some Air Jordans. I've actually never had a pair of basketball shoes (New Balance doesn't count :lol so I might get to try things outside of my comfort zone;

We're bound to have a pretty range of skills that, when combined, will probably make us very prepared;

The "wedding attire" can actually be used more than once as everyday formalwear.

If one of us goes to a public bathroom and is taking too long (and assuming his phone battery is dead), I can walk into the bathroom and check on him;

If we change our last names to have them the same for each other and look similar enough, we can pretend we are stepbrothers or siblings if we go to a homophobic area.

 

Benefits to being a gay woman are:

Don't have to waste money on condoms or birth control pills or pregnancy tests. That's all I can think of at the moment

Oh geez! I can't believe I forgot this: I don't have to worry bout getting pregnant ever and I'm happy bout that cuz I HATE babies and children they are very annoying and expencive

I knew this would come up toward the top of the list. +1. People who have had kids do love them. For those of us who haven't, we don't mind not knowing what that's like.

Add not worrying about engagement ring purchases and fussiness over wedding plans. I have been in wedding parties where there was a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde transformation into Bridezilla ... and then back to normal.

 

I get to be with BOOBS, of course... Lol
