    I can go on without it for months. I think my longest was 2-3 months? It's usually because I occupy myself with other, maybe more interesting?, things. However, not a day goes by that I don't think about sex and that kinda gets me a little excited every now and then. I can pretty much go through the day with that just fine and still be happy.

    However, this thread is making me realize that I probably should give myself a break :lol:

    A month because when I first started taking my antidepressants they made it unpleasant to masturbate but after about a month I was all good

    1 week was the longest I've been able to do if I try going any longer than that I'm gonna end up thinking about masturbating and sex all day long so I tend to do it every 2-3 days to avoid that unless I'm like extra horny then every day can't really help it that thing has a mind of it's own sometimes.

    your my favorite person now! It has been a month or so for me, but I'm looking to stop completely. I just enjoy the thought of not doing it personally. so my reasons are not at all orientation related like yours :slight_smile:
