hey y'all. I'm new here, and just wanted to get some help in regards to exercise. I'm a small guy with a relatively slim build, and I'm very pleased with how my abdomen looks. My legs on the other hand, not so much. I have a small gap between them, and they have a very femme appearance. I can put 300 pounds on the leg press machine— it's not that I'm not exercising. I work them all the time. Tips? What would you recommend?
