Acne?

    Get a small, fairly soft cloth, cover it in a gentle soap, and rub it in circular motions around your face and body when you shower. It might feel odd at first, but after a while, your skin will be so much better (at least in my experience) Also shower once or preferably twice a day. Eating healthily also helps a lot, as does regularly giving your face a quick rinse when it's oily or sweaty or otherwise dirty.

    ^ I change them everyday, and it made a really big difference

    I can't constantly be washing towels all of the time, plus they are always somewhere else when I wake up. I change pillowcases every 2 days... I can throw them in with my lighter clothes, whereas towels always go with the pants.

    The towel thing does seem a lot better, though! Do it if you can.

    Pillow cases, when changing them, I just lay them ontop rather than put pillow in. It's only a small thing, but it saves 5 mins every morning.
    or try turning them over, then they last two days.
    Don't wear T-shirts to bed, because the Acne can spread and if the clothing gets dirty it rubs into the pours as you sleep.
