Did something similar here.

I'd give up smell, from those choices.

 

I couldn't live without sight, and I could give up smell.

 

I couldn't live without sight or hearing, but I could without smell.

 

Despite being a foodie, I would have given up taste. Food and drink would be the least harmful and might even have benefits. But you took that choice away. I'd go with speech. I could still communicate. I would be the least intrusive sense to loose. Could still life a pretty normal life.

 

I'd give up smell

 

I could give up smell the easiest. I'd really miss music and hearing people talk, but Id have to say I couldn't live without sight.

you learn more by listening and besides that, I was able to convey this thought without speaking a single word.

Of those I'd give up smell, although I'd miss double delight roses...of course how could one give up smell without also giving up taste?

Then again, I don't talk much and I have trouble talking (I often can't put my thoughts together and I stutter sometimes), so maybe I would give up speech...

 

Smell, wouldn't notice anyway.

 

smell is pretty important, can be the bodies first warning of danger,, or a fart.

 

Smell is the main component of taste. But still, sight, hearing and touch are too good. So it would 100% be taste, but from that list, smell. Talking is awesome.

 

I could lose taste. Not that important a sense to live with. We no longer require it to work how the world around us works. Food is already pre-packed, we no longer have to worry about whether something is safe to eat or not, so a useless sense to me really. And I would still be able to smell, and with smell I would still hold onto some degree of taste

 

But... why replacing taste with speech ? xD I would say taste, and not just to annoy you, but because I love food and couldn't live without tasting it again (huumm, chocolate : P).​

 

Smell is really important in tasting... So I'd keep it. I'd give up speech and just learn how to sign, Holly Hunter in The Piano style.

I dont think speech is one of the 5 senses. Sight, hearing, touch, smell, and taste.

Hmm, for me I cant live without my sight. I can give up my sense of hearing just to improve my sense of sight. Appreciating art is much important for me than appreciating music

Like most of the people said above - smell. I can live without it.
