    Annulments would still be allowed under the law, last I checked, spousal abuse would be allowed under that, unless things have changed.

    We were founding on the ideals of a democracy... then hypocracy took over, and now we have to put up with people claiming the founding fathers created a chirstian nation. Anyone who says that is uneducated on the founding of this nation. The founding fathers were deist who practiced astrology and believed in horoscopes.

    lol this guy is right.

    if all the people who voted yes on 8 were really doing it for "protecting marriage", then they'll vote to ban divorce too.

    it won't get anywhere, proving everyone who claimed the above to be full of crap

    The initiative *is* a joke in that the guy is a supporter of No on 8. But I think he wants to carry it all the way through and get it on the ballot because he wants to drive home the point that the crazy right wing Christians want one thing for gays and something else for everything else. It's pointing out the hypocrisy in their views.
