I think I would wish for a good job opportunity to come up in the next three months or so - reasonable pay, with hours that can be worked around school for my daughter.

Making the jump with no job security is scary!

I completely agree with a lot of other posts here, but if I only have one wish then I have to prioritise.

I would go back to the nights when my husband and I were toddler free and we lived in San Diego and stayed up all night long together talking. And I would interview myself and ask, “I know he’s nice and all but is it going to bother you if he follows you back to New York from San Diego, turns out to be horribly unadventurous, obsessed with money and comfort to a stifling degree, and has no idea what good sex is? Is the romance you’re feeling now enough to carry you through a lifetime of that?”
