States where death penalty is legal have higher rates than crime, a life sentence is harsher than death, death penalty is more expensive than a life sentence, and the government isn't god--it shouldn't decide certain people should die. I think being pro-death penalty relies heavily on emotion rather than any factual reason to allow it.

This is almost like a some logical puzzle/ paradox that would take philosophers centuries to solve!

I don't like Hilary Clinton, but I also don't like Donald trump. But I like Donald trump more than I like Hilary clinton, because he's all about free speech, and there's a lot of misinformation about him. However, I don't agree with him 100% because he's a conservative, and I don't follow all his ideas. On the other hand, Hilary Clinton is going to America into a totalitarian socialist state, clearly. I don't want that, but I also don't want a conservative president, because then that means that the conversation might be in power, and I don't like most of their ideas, but I have also come to COMPLETELY DESPISE a lot of things both liberals and conservatives stand for, but not all. In the end their ideologies burn down to this:

Conservative( extreme): white people are better than minorities, nobody should be allowed in this country, and freedom of speech....

Liberals: minorities are better than white people, we should encourage hyper immigration, and protect hyper sensitive people's feefees....

So I don't know. In the end, I don't even live in America, and I'm under 18, so I guess it doesn't really matter?

With that being said who should I vote for?

    Yes. Yes it is, sadly.

Also, very interesting note about the death penalty. Seems pretty against the point, then.

Not enough choices. According to wikipedia, there are currently 13 political parties on the ballot. Hillary is a criminal and if she wants my vote it will be to put her in jail. Trump is only there because the Republican party has abandoned its base.

I am dumping both parties and going Libertarian this year.

As I've said before, the funniest thing about people who say that Hillary Clinton is a criminal, a truly evil person, or untrustworthy, if you ask them to name one reason why they say that, you get crickets. Either that or you'll get some long-debunked right-wing conspiracy theory.

    Okay

Wanna talk about the Bankruptcy bill?

Wanna talk about the time Saudia Arabia sent the Clinton Foundation money and got some guns courtesy of Hilary a short while later?

Wanna talk about the super F**ked up things that Clinton has done to all the women who Bill has predatorized?

Wanna talk about the Crime Bill and "superpedators"?

Wanna talk about the time Clinton referred to the Iraq war as a "Business opportunity"?

Take your pick please. I'd happily discuss all the things wrong with Shillary.

I don't think that's the case. I think Republicans care more about Ohio than Democrats. Democrats care about Pennsylvania the most, because it's a critical swing state that they've been relying on for the past few decades.

Thing is, Republicans would have loved Kasich as the nominee because he would basically guarantee the state of Ohio. Though, Kasich has been going soft on Trump, so there's room for Trump using that to his advantage. Let's see if he still plays a roll in this election.

I've responded to a post just like this from you, and I gave my reasons. The only crickets I heard were from you.

For the record, part of my claim came from Elizabeth Warren. Not some debunked right-wing conspiracy theory. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=12mJ-U76nfg

It's definitely pushing all the wrong buttons. It's unnecessary and adds nothing.

But Elizabeth Warren is totally right wing.... :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

The scary thing about Hillary is that she is smart, as Warren says.... She's a terrible politician, but she is smart. However, she seems to use her intelligence to benefit herself and the big corporations that fund her, not the American people. Makes me wonder if someone stupid like Trump may be better.

I just don't understand the Hillary hate! I've heard so much of "she's evil!" And "she's so corrupt!" Okay, great, can I have some solid proof please? Because I sure as shit don't see it.

And I also don't see how trump AND his supporters are any better. At all.

    ---------- Post added 8th May 2016 at 05:17 AM ----------

Well I saw this post after making mine....

I've never heard of those things, and if they are true and not courtesy of some crazy news website/Fox News, I'll give them a look.

But honestly, besides anything violent against another person, I WILL NOT vote for trump. I'd at least rather have the democrats in instead of trump!

Everything I've listed are things that really happened.

Hilary in some ironic twist of fate has the luxury of the GOP being so adamantly against the Clinton name. They've made it to where anytime something legitimate is brought up against her people go, "Oh it's just the crazy right wing again" and brush it off. So ironically their attempts to destroy the Clintons have only helped them.
