    I can't stop thinking about Undertale.

    Such a good game! The music, the characters, the raw bloody emotions! Gorgeous~every bit of it~ I just wanna gush about its determination and heartbreak and glamorous robot dictators, but it looks like the fandom is still small...

    Although I've promised myself not to play through the full ending for at least a few months! I want to do it when I'm with my friends.

    Got my first pride bracelet yesterday and wore at work all day (15 hour day). Nobody seemed to even notice, but then that means nobody punched me in the face for being an "immoral abomination" either.......I guess I'll take that as a win.

    I had to unfollow a friend of mine, too, after he posted certain things that really got on my nerves. There were a few cracks at Caitlyn Jenner and at transgender people in general, and an overabundance of obnoxious Christian memes (and I don't exactly have favorable opinions on religion). I haven't bothered to "follow" him since again, although he's still listed as a friend.

    Sometimes that's all you can do when they're being annoying. [​IMG]

    If you ever played one of the Mother/Earthbound games and enjoyed them I guarantee you will like it. But even if the answer to that is no, it's still a fantastic RPG, short but very sweet.

    What is so special about it tho? I wanted to ignore the game, but the press for it has been so overwhelmingly positive it's almost impossible to escape it. Things is, said press has also been pretty vague. Nobody outright says what they liked about the game, just that it's "really good" and "everyone should play it" and "Earthbound." That doesn't tell me anything.

    What I'm tired of? All those writers out there who think being indecipherable or vague is "literary". When I can't even tell what's going on and you're not trying to write, say, a drug trip or a dream, that's not a "pleasant, dreamlike quality", that's bad writing.

    Some writers just think vague = "fine art" = "people will take me seriously," when really it's just getting in the way of others understanding what you are trying to say. Then there are writers that don't have anything interesting to say and employ vagueness in a attempt to mask the vapidness of their work.
