It is what is is. Nothing I can do to help it now. And I agree. Evidently, it's been snowballing but the thing that pisses me off the most is my mentor barely gave me a heads up that maybe I should start planning. Maybe like twice before but not after every single lesson I have done.

 

I guess I shouldn't be surprised my father is so fervently anti-feminist, considering his misogynist past. He's left-leaning politically, involved in the union, and huge on anti-racism, but I don't think he's ever going to get past growing up with dominant and abusive women, or his first divorce.

Surprised he hasn't discovered the manosphere, honestly.

I feel sad because I haven't seen my Aussie in like...a week. We're supposed to hang out tomorrow. I'm taking tomorrow off work because I am really fucking stressed out and I have like zero access STILL at work to the things I need (goddamn paperwork), so I can't really do anything there anyway...I'm warming up to the new job though. It's fun, and it's nice to not have someone buzzing in my ears all day, but it is very, very tedious.

Heard that today, coming from the head of the LGBT group at the local community college. They don't seem to like, or understand really, the possibility, you can present however you want, regardless of your sex and still be that. If you like cars and are a female, you're a car-liking female, same as if you like the color pink and are male, you're a pink-wearing male.

But what makes this even more out there, is they're promoting awareness of Otherkin, as they believe it all stems from the same area. This idea that you can just think or want to be it, and you can and will.

Good luck getting people to take you all seriously now, and thank you for making it that much more difficult to warm people up, too. You've splintered the LGBT group, which wasn't even 20 people, and ruined the progress they had made over the past 5-6 years in just one day.

I'm just... perplexed really. Actually, no, I'm not. This is just the first time I've encountered the transtrender mentality in person, as opposed to the darkest fathoms of Tumblr... and it pisses me off.

 

Yeah. This day was a bummer. A disappointment. Tiring, irritating, basically a horrible day. Hanging out with my crush only made it worse so thank you, world, for fucking up my weekend already.

 

I couldn't get on here all week because of it "timing out"... sigh... idk if Korea was just blocking it, but I had to fiddle with my vpn to finally get on T.T What a long week and now a cleaning weekend... I just want to do something fun T.T

 

My grandmother has agreed to go into an assisted living complex three minutes away from my aunt's house in Orlando. That was a lot easier than I thought it would be. At least this way it makes it a lot easier on the family.
