    The average household income in the U.S. is $50,500 since it was last analyzed and that is keeping in mind that the average citizen in any country does not have money to burn. Aside from the coasts, property costs in America is not that bad because we are such as large country in comparison to other European countries, but Americans get killed when it comes to outside experiences Education, Med/Insurance, etc.

    You can definitely live comfortably as a young person with no dependents on a salary such as that. But expecting someone with that salary to help you out and buy you luxuries is just not going to happen.

    For the first time in quite some time, I feel like I've finally gotten my life on track. Depression sucks, and when you're kind of lost in the woods looking for a path to take, after being thrown three curveballs in a row, it's overwhelming.

    I was in a bad place a month ago. I didn't realize how bad I was, that it had become a defense mechanism to just stop caring about my health, and that I wasn't doing much more than just existing. It's something I'm still learning to deal with, but it gets a lot easier when you take care of yourself.

    I completely agree. I was suffering a serious bout of depression just today, but was ever so wonderfully helped out of it by a couple of good friends here on the site. Right now, I feel like I could take on the world. Special thanks to ScaryClosets and Gamer4now. :smilewave

    Thinking a lot of things over with my life's direction.

    Also, really pissed off. Boyfriend always has to get mad if I'm texting or messaging a buddy, especially if it's someone he doesn't know. I don't get all pissed and jealous when he talks to his friends. So why is he all mad because I'm catching up with an old friend? It's why I don't usually tell him if I'm talking to anyone.
