My mom was completely in shock, and sadly is still in denial about it. My dad knew because he caught talking to my friend about it but didn't say anything. He also noticed that I was talking about it more than usual, and I was acting suspicious.

My mother had suspicions ever since I was young. When I came out to her and to everyone else, she wasn't that surprised. She didn't understand my situation (she still doesn't) but she somewhat tolerates it.

I guess it's a kind of instinct of mothers. They don't really know. They probably just get hints and start thinking there's something.

Moms don't always know. I think it really depends on the individual person.

My mom knew that something was up, but not what it was specifically.

My mother never knew but that's because I'm a very secretive person, I was the best at hiding my feelings and emotions especially around family. I still do hide plenty of things as well mostly from family.

Mine doesn't. She would have a fit if she did. But it's great that she is so accepting. I am jealous

My dad (my mum ran off years ago) was a little shocked but was OK with it and said it is possible i'm either bisexual or asexual, but as far as I can tell I'm gay right now, although I could be homoflexible or maybe even bi

My mum only started suspecting I was gay because I started looking at gay porn and didn't delete my internet history, lol.

I couldn't convince anyone at my old school that I was straight, though I never really tried to other than saying that I was when asked (an attempt to reduce gossip about me). A few days ago, I came out to my mom and she seemed genuinely surprised.

    It's relative!
In my case, my mom think that I'm straight (I'm not coming out to my family yet). I don't know, but I'm sure that she's never doubt about my sexuality, but if doubt in sometime it's not a bad thing!

Anyway, I don't care about this.

My mum never knew, she was extremely shocked - mostly because she just wasn't exposed to this topic before. Turned out to be accepting, but I always get a hunch that deep down she's not 100% okay with it.

My mam expected it, mostly because of how excited I am for gay pride every year. When I came out to her last week she said that she knew.

My dad was a bit surprised, mostly because we never talked about it before. He accepted it nevertheless.

Let me take a moment to be thankful that my mom is completely UN tech savy.

A few years back, I thought my mom knew, but now I don't.

I suspect one of my sons isn't straight. I've seen him notice boys. Even at a young age. He's also a little effeminate. I don't know...but I'd be shocked if he turns out to be straight.

I don't think every mom knows. I mean, my mom has NO idea. But, I know that moms have a certain intuition about their children and often know about them before the child does.
