For me, it's a band obsession...Fall Out Boy will forever hold a special place in my heart. Or all of my heart...
Its been stuck in my head ever since i accidentally stumbled upon this song
man & earth by raised earth. might seem like "angsty teenage music" or something to that effect, but if you look at the lyrics it is actually a very pertinent song to what's going on in the world today. honestly, the entire album has an interesting take on today's affairs. one of the reasons its my favorite album at the moment. im a firm believer of looking at (pertinent) music as more than just a song. but, instead, a message. every song tells a story, and some songs have some really "to the point" meanings to them if your willing to look at them from that point of view.
My song obsession: Creep by Radiohead The song lyric really gets me : "I'm a creep. I'm a weirdo. What the hell am I doing here? I don't belong here"
