I would probably just date the opposite sex. Men don't repulse me. I've been with a few.

  2. Well, I would secretly break the law, however, I would want to reason and debate with those people as to why it would be illegal too. I'm so glad it's not here though, I feel bad for LGBTQ people in countries that do have being with the same gender against the law :frowning2:

The law would be broken, I would be arrested, and I'd be gay in jail.

In reality, I'd probably save my own skin and stay single. When it comes to it, I would not be willing to risk imprisonment in what would most likely be a very brutal place.

Think about countries like Jamaica and Uganda where LGBT people are actively persecuted. It must be a living hell. Even being free would be a kind of prison, in a sense.

I've always wanted to change my gender, from time to time.

If it was an enforced law, me and who whoever I was in love with would find a willing lesbian couple and each marry one of them and all live together so both couples could be together and we will have a viable cover. Plus with a four income household and no kids, we'd probably be doing pretty well off

From my perscpective, breaking the law would be the right thing because there's nothing wrong with being in love. There are still some countries where being gay is illegal and the moral standards are deeply endangered by many people. We know what's right. Make love not war.

I was in that era.... Sodomy laws were pretty recently repealed a couple three years ago. Prior to that sodomy laws existed all over the place, and in some parts of the USA it was illegal to be gay.

What did I do? Damn the law, full speed ahead into romance and interlude with men....

And I am not the only one... Many a gay man through the dark days just pursued their interests. Granted not in the open...

So your options are not the only options.

But, a lot of guys in my generation played it safe. Most of those adverts of 40-50 year olds (married looking for discreet) are guys who opted for the marriage with woman instead of facing opposition and potential consequences. The further back in time you go, you do find a lot more LGBT who opted the safe route.

I'd break the law in secret.
