There is a special kind of make up that is sold by specialty stores that is specifically made to hide the blue beard shadow. When I'm at my computer I'll try to look it up for you.

Please be something other than Dermablend.

Sorry, that stuff is just too heavy for me, and makes my dysphoria about my shadow worse.

Well, there's dermablend and then there's also this. That's Mehron and it's normally for theatre. Granted I haven't tried it, but theatre stuff is generally made to drastically change the user's appearance, so it might be worth a shot.

I hope it works. I would've tried it but I personally don't have issues with it. My beard growth has always been weak. Probably one of the few good things I inherited from my father.

You're very pretty, by the way, and I'd probably believe you're female even without makeup. Learn how to use it and you're golden.

Also, depending on how long you think the transition would take, I would recommend adding some estrogen enhancing foods to your diet to help preventing your body from taking unwanted physical changes. Flax seeds are very good because they contain a lot of phytoestrogens--I.E. fake estrogens--and as an added bonus they're full of fiber. Just don't eat too many of them, because they contain small amounts of cyanide.

You look really great. With some good makeup you'll look wonderful in my opinion.

Another thing you can try is to get a matte red-orange lipstick (I use "So Chaud" from MAC) and put tiny dots all over your beard area. Then you smooth it out, and apply your foundation over it. The idea is that the red-orange helps cancel out the blue in your beard. Hope this helps!

Alternatively, decapitation. Though it bring an entire slew of other issues.

I've thought long and hard about the decapitation route, but as cheap and effective as a solution it is, I deemed the side effects too inconvenient for my needs, hahaha

The lipstick is a good trick too, thanks Stacy!

Wow, you pass pretty well already considering you aren't wearing makeup or anything in the pics :3 I'd suggest looking up a few MtF makeup tutorials and buying some of the stuff they use, I'm useless at brands

Took a picture in an angle I never really take pictures at. Other than the glaringly obvious Adams apple, do I look ok?

You look great! Is that your natural hair color? Also your Adam's apple isn't really that huge, I've seen cis women with ones the same size.

I strongly disagree with this! I really like that look on any gender and wish I could pull it off too, but I just end up looking silly.

Thank you, I think I like.that hat too much to stop wearing it. Sadly that isn't my natural hair colour. Naturally it's a very bland mousey brown. I've had it dyed red for maybe 3 months. I'm planning to go black soon

I'm glad to hear you won't stop wearing the hat. Wear it for all of us who can't pull it off. Your hair looks amazing! Did you dye it with DIY products or did you go to a salon to have it dyed? How do you curl it, or does it grow like that naturally? Sorry about all the questions, but I really wish I had your hair!

My neighbour is a hair dresser so I go to her to get it dyed and cut. My hair is naturally curly but it isn't naturally curly like that. I use a curling iron to take out the frizz and make it a little more wavy.

I've been told by most people I look good in the hat, then a few tell me it doesn't work. So I'm happy with that

Feel free to message me on my wall if you've more questions

    Hey guys!
Based on my more recent pictures, how well do I pass?
    Any tips?
My round cheeks really annoy me, but there is nothing I can think of doing...
