I only have one photo up but just curious as to how I come across (as always). If I'm passing as androgynous, I'll be extremely happy. If male, that's cool, too.

Gracias. Although, on the contrary, is there some way to be androgynous but feminine-leaning? Well, with the exception of Andreja Pejić, heh. Still, my aim is to be androgynous while leaning slightly more boyish/male, so achievement unlocked.

 

Okay, so...I'm still relatively new to expressing myself this way.

I know I far from pass fully as female so far, as I lack the necessary materials (as well as certain assets) and I only just recently started buying feminine clothing, but I still wanted to present as maybe just androgyn for now.

So, um...how do I look? Any sort of advice for obtaining a more feminine appearance is more than welcome. ^___^

Your body isn't very shapely at the moment, and your facial features are stronger atm.

A longer hairstyle would help, especially if going curly.

If you want to be andro don't wear skirts.

Pose more naturally and lift your head back a bit, smile!

 

Any sort of advice you have regarding the former two? I feel those work against me the most.

I do plan on growing my hair out very long. I hope that'll help more.

I've always been more wary over how I look in the eyes of others as opposed to my own. I like to think I look feminine enough, but I need to be realistic.

 

Look into straightening your hair. That frowlike messy style is pretty masculine. That other poster mentioned your body and face. You can't do anything about those except take hrt and/or get surgery so I would just not worry about that. Obviously make up and contouring can help feminize a face. You don't need to pose in such an extreme way to pose "femininely". Try looking at how models in magazines or just girls in real life to see how they old their weight if you are curious. Granted thats not as helpful if one doesn't have those physical proportions.

 

For the first all you can do is hormones and exercise. No waist or chest is a giveaway, women are shapely so you would want to add some shape.

A different hairstyle would work better, bangs and something to cover the jawline. Growing your hair and straightening it would likely be best.

Honestly, you're a few steps ahead of others, when it comes to passing.

The one thing, though, that sticks out to me, is your eyebrows. They sort of betray the rest of you. Maybe thicken them a bit.

Otherwise, you're pretty damn passable.

Like, you pass perfectly, even your eyebrows are fine.

The only thing you /could/ really do imo is thicken them or have facial hair, but really they're after thoughts.
