Eh, once a day. I would more often but I get busy.

Gotta admit this... twice a day, one in the mornings n one before bed but it has been a week since I haven't done it... I guess I lost my hornyness q_q

My rate varies. It may be zero times/day. Once/day. More than once/day. And the frequency can change over night.

When I was a teenager, my frequency was at least once a day, right before bed. But there was a period when I think it was consistently twice right before bed. Nothing like that teenage guy sex drive!

I haven't done it since April if I remember correctly (my sex drive in general is nonexistent at the moment). Overall, when I was single I used to get myself off maybe every second day but now that I'm in a relationship I almost never do it; like once or twice a month was my average number before April.

Used to be once a day... Now once every four, five days. Sometimes I simply don't think about it, and can go for weeks without masturbating.

 

Once or twice a day when I'm in a neutral mood but if I'm stressed/angry/high/depressed/excited/etc... it escalates to about three or four.

It isn't that I don't want to, I just find it more rewarding not to give in to every urge. As a young one, eh, I'd do it every two days. Now, I like to practice self-control, when it comes to matter of pleasure, as self-depriving or foolish as that may sound. However, each session is very long, and meant to last as long as possible. I like building up stamina.

 

If I'm really really really bored I do it twice a day but usually I only do it like once or twice a week. I get horny most of the time but I find jacking off sometimes a bit boring.
