Back in my hometown for the summer. Tomorrow, I go back to work. It will be interesting to see if I get misgendered as much since I have been on T for a month now.

I have to be at work at 9 though, so that kinda sucks..

Eat something... also, routine is as follows:

    1) Stretches
    - bend down and touch your toes, hold for 30 sec
    - pull each arm flat across your chest and hold with the other for 30 sec
    - sitting: toe touch 30 sec
    - individual toe touch spread eagle
    - sit with bottoms of feet touching kind of "Indian style" and hold your feet together while synchronously raising knees to flap (called the "butterfly")
    - toe touch

    2) Yoga
Look up a few easy positions and repeat a twice
    * Include plank for 60 sec twice

    3) Resistance
    - Crunches (10 x 2 reps)
    - Cross crunches
    - Leg lifts
    - Sideways leg lifts while laying on side
    - lift legs in the air and pedal
    - Push-ups

    4) Meditation

It takes about 30 min total

w00t! 85% on my last exam! This should bump me up to a B, and if I play my cards right, I'll stay there. Why is this important? With trigonometry out of the way, I can finally transfer and now have the option of moving onto pre-cal. Even a C in a college math class feels like more of an accomplishment than an A+ in say, a history or literature one.

Thanks man. I'll give it a shot.

Just read an article that claimed correcting and/or encouraging proper grammar is ableist and promotes the patriarchy.

    Okaay...

If I'm learning French, I want to know how their language is constructed so I can convey and understand ideas in it. I don't see how this can't apply to English.

A couple of years ago, when I was in the better shape (running half marathons every couple of months and training for them), my best friend got ahold of P90X and we tried it a bit that summer. In as good of shape as I was, even the "Plyometrics" workout beat the hell out of me. While the weight sections of the program did require actual dumbbells, the cardio workouts in that program didn't require anything and made you sweat like crazy.

Maybe you can find a similar workout program on eBay or other source .

That I can somehow begin interacting with the person I'm slowly feeling attracted to, despite the fact I discovered last night that things are going to be a little more complicated than originally expected... .___.

This is exactly how I feel most of the time. You're not alone. (*hug*)

So for many reasons I've decided refrain from drinking for a while.

    1.) I was a jerk last night.
    2.) It is expensive
3.) It makes me feel crummy in the morning
    4.) Extra calories
5.) It kinda builds a tolerance and isn't as special or fun lately

    Just saying.

Mother, stop it. I am not a christian. I will never be a christian. Yes, your church is gay friendly and left wing, and I'm fine with you going there. But I'm not an atheist because I feel persecuted by the church. I'm an atheist because god doesn't exist, and no matter how nice your church is, that won't change. So stop inviting me ten times a day.
