    It might be the time of day. I used to live there for a short time, and the temperature change between night and day can be extreme, like 30-40+ degrees.

    Still need to email new professors about name situation.... Only have until the 6th. But at least last term, no one was really replying back until the week before so I don't think it'll make much of a difference. Have to pick up my bus pass and figure out when they'll slot my financial aid for the term so I can buy the books.

    It's slowly settling in that I have a pretty crazy year ahead of me. I'm moving to a new city. I will hopefully get into one of the best programs on the West Coast. According to my outlines I am supposed to finish the first draft of my debut novel. There will be a plethora of revisions (Plausibly all through much of next year because I'm a perfectionist...), but I'm only asking the first draft of myself because it will be around 450'ish pages.

    I'm sure there will be more, but I think this will already be hectic considering I know of all of these things on day one. I can still count on being single though. I made a conscious effort to remain single this year because I knew I was planning to move and I suppose you could say that I want a fresh start. So really my only hope at romance would be in the fall, but its not like I'm tired of being single or anything...

    No, don't look at me that way. I'm fine with it. Seriously!
