I am very distrustful of police officers, but that's because of where I grew up. Normally, any individual has my trust until they give me a reason not to trust them.
All of these plus this: I particularly don't trust people who refuse to see outside of their own perspective yet call themselves open-minded. The same people that when you ask for help, they go into takeover mode and do what they please instead of what you asked. The same people who say stuff like "Oh well I have no issue with "that."" But put in or around said predicament, their opinion shifts to "Well I'm just not comfortable being around "that."" The same people who tend to believe there is a set way of doing things. People who blindly follow "The Standard" especially since it only mimics "A Chosen Few." Last one, People whom to when YOU complain about a mistreatment you endured says "Well that's life." But when it happens to them, you're expected to bring in the cavalry and rain hell upon their wrong-doer(s). :rolle: Most people basically.
I don't trust anyone until I've gotten to know them very well. I agree with the cop thing though. The amount of power they have scares me, because they can easily abuse it.
Most men. They don't have to be in groups, I just have a hard time trusting them unless they're LGBTQ or close family members. People in ghetto areas. I'm always watchful. As the poverty level rises, statistics show, so does crime. Anyone who tries to flirt/get close to me. It'll probably just result in another heartbreak or feeling of being let down... Old exes and ex friends. They can't be trusted... They were left in the past for a reason!!!
This may make me sound like a tin-foil hat conspiracy freak, but I don't trust any people who are in secret societies (freemasons, skull and bones, etc). Also I don't trust some police, I do personally know a couple who are truly to the core good people but I've dealt with some pretty shady ones in the past. I also don't trust most strangers in general, it takes a lot for someone to earn my trust, but once they have it, its concrete..
I distrust people when they lie, naturally. Otherwise, I can't honestly slap a "I distrust you" label on everyone in a particular social group. It's an individual thing.
Don't Trust Clowns Journalists Cops Religious Fundamentalists Teenage Girls Clowns Big-Government Supporters "Social Conservatives" Restaurant Staff FDA Clowns "Customer Care Specialists" Anyone with the ability to launch Nukes Priests Pastors Clowns Clowns Trust Mother Sister Babies Everyone Else is in the Gray Zone.
THIS. Google maps almost got me pulled over for going the wrong way on a one way... (Although it was not marked as a one way..) I don't really trust people until I get to know them well. For a while, I really didn't trust anybody at all, so I've improved a lot..
I don't trust humanity.... except my english teacher and my best friend/fag hag. I only trust animals and plants.
I'm so sorry that so many people distrust Christians so much as a whole. If anyone who follows God is criticizing you, then they're not following His Word very well. Nowhere - and I mean NOWHERE - in the Bible does God actually say , "Condemn the homosexuals." In any event, men selling their daughters into slavery used to be condoned. Now everyone would say that's complete nonsense. In reply as to distrust, I cannot be comfortable around 99% of the human population. They all seem so coarse and ignorant. Especially people who are very extroverted; but that's mostly because they're difficult to understand.
Just about everyone to be honest. It's a slight paranoia thing, plus I've had people talk smack about me behind my back who I thought I could trust. It's nothing against the person if they're trying to make a first impression or they're being friendly, it's just how I am and how I've adapted.
