  2. I adore the language, and I think the accent is cute and fun.

And my least favourite accent is French spoken by Canadians. Bleugh

Definitely Irish. Literally any man automatically becomes sexy if they have a strong Irish accent.

Certain British accents, South African (melts me), dutch (that's personal) and, of course, French, but because I speak it, I seldom get to hear its sonorous qualities when spoken in English...

Oh yeah, that's it! He looks a little bit like my best friend who is French Canadian (or Quebecois). Oddly, the Quebecois accent in English is nothing like the one from France... strange really, it is after all the same language. I don't particularly like it...

I have a UK grandparent, my late grandfather, which gives me and my siblings the right to live and work in the UK.

With this privilege, my half-sister has lived there for about 12 years now, married with a child , what is hilarious is that she speaks like someone from London (one of the neighbourhoods, I am told), it's as if she has completely lost the ability to speak with a "Canadian" accent, what's weird is that she first went there in her mid to late twenties!

Yeah, in Quebec, you need to know your Catholic ecclesiastical terms, the sacred and the profane all in one! :icon_bigg

A southern (specifically Mississippi/Alabama) accent kills me. Korean accents can be sexy as well.

I just love my husband's country accent! It really turns me on! I am a city girl who grew up in Tampa's high society, and he is pure country. I had a hard time not laughing today when told me he has a hankerin for a mess of fried squirl  with cheese grits and swamp cabbage some time soon! LOL I have no Idea how to cook a squirl, or cheese grits, and I understand swamp cabbage is part of a palm tree:confused:. Soon I will be going to my first mud bog! Thats going to be interesting! Cheese Grits.

    ingredients:

    7 c water
2 c quick (not instant) grits
    4 eggs
    ½ c milk
    2 sticks butter, melted
12 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated or cut into cubes
    ~1 tsp garlic powder
    Dash of Tabasco

Salt boiling water, add grits. Cook until they’re done, around 7-8 min. Stir in butter, eggs, milk, and cheese. Stir in garlic and Tabasco. Pour into greased 9 x 13 Pyrex, and cook at 350 for roughly an hour. Cover with foil if they start browning too much on the top.

Serve hot/warm, and cool before refrigerating or freezing any leftovers.

Do I fry the squirl like chicken? Thanks for the recipe! I don't cook country, but he loves my cooking anyway. June
