Pretty much this, except it's been a long time since I've gone over 7. (I'm considerably older than Lex and very distracted by real life.)

I went back and saw that the original question was about how quickly (or easily) we get horny, so the Gargoyle Horny-o-Meter applies, for me, to how horny I get, not how easily I get aroused. Given the right situation, I respond immediately – usually someone saying certain things (usually of a BDSM nature) rather than touching, in my case – but the level of arousal isn’t intense. Responses to touching are much slower – I need to be mentally (intellectually, not emotionally) engaged to be aroused quickly.

Sex in my head and reactions between my legs tends to be very separate. I'm fascinated by sex - I spend a lot of time reading and writing about it, both fiction and nonfiction. But that's mostly in my head - I don't have the corresponding desires to do anything about it most of the time. Sometimes, I don't realize something I've read aroused me physically until I stand up and find a little puddle where underwear should have been. I'm glad that the lady-parts still work even if they don't keep me informed.

 

OK, I'll bite. I was born before kids were given an iPad and a Ritalin to make them hold still while their diapers were changed. Can someone please explain the meaning of the picture with the "@ tulman" notation?:help:

Lol, it's a guy thing my guess is when we guys are traveling on a bus, the engine on the bus vibrates through the bus & as we guys are sitting down on the seats, the engine vibrates through the seats, which in turn vibrates through our asses, stimulates our prostate gland, thus giving us an instant erection, which is quite embarrassing when it comes to our next stop :icon_redf
