Not attracted to any of the female competitors, but I was VERY disappointed when Jordyn Wieber did not quality in women's gymnastics. She deserved to go to the All-Around, not Gabrielle Douglas, in my opinion.

 

Comfirming the stereotype about how the British are always drinking?

Every time I read her name I think it says "Jordyn Bieber"...
BUT that 2-athletes-per-country rule has to go. If 3 (or even 4) athletes from the same country are clearly better than all others, it's stupid to kick one of them out.

 

I watch the Olympics anyway for the sports but all these gorgeous athletes are a huge, welcome bonus.

Tom Daley is adorable.

 

I do the same thing!! I also like to watch the sports, but there I really enjoy seeing them, I especially find the divers attractive and the gymnasts too

 

Happy to see I am not the only one who thinks their tight suits make them look even hotter... I don't even know the names of most of them, but that doesn't matter, does it? Lol

 

YES!! The whole situation is completely unfair. Even with Gabriel, the 2 spots per team rule is absolutely ridiculous. If a country works harder than its competitors than they all deserve to have a chance at the all around even if its the whole team.

But anyway. I normally cant stand watch sports of any kind for long periods of time, but I find the olympics interesting enough to keep in the background since I am never focused on the television anyway. But I have to admit it is appealing to the eyes .

Now I really wish I did diving or gymnastics . They really should be included more often in schools.

 

Figured I'd post this here as it's not worth creating a whole new thread but today I was curious to know what people's opinions here were.

Swimmers or gymnasts?

 

Gymnasts are much more human than the swimmers IMO. I think this is due to the low publicity the sport receives (Male Gymnastics)? Because the swimmers seem like... Idk, more like stuck up and cocky?lol

Also, was anyone flabbergasted by China during the Men Gymnastics?

 

Interesting. I'd say that considering what the gymnasts do [in particular I'm thinking of the stuff I caught the British team performing last night . . . holy shit,] they almost seem superhuman (Haha.)

 

Both are hot, but I like swimmers alot better

 

I've been watching the Olympics mainly just for the sports. The only time I check anyone out is when I'm watching the U.S women soccer team play. Haha Hope Solo is hot

 

I mostly watch the olympics for the boys haha before I found out that matthew mitcham is gay, he was pretty cute and good looking he also has my name hahahahaha

 

Okay, I admit it. I was checking out gymnastics just for the girls. I like McKayla Maroney :icon_redf It's weird cuz I'm about 3 years older than her :lol:

But I like Hope Solo too!

 

I have to admit that I've been checking out some of the athletes. I was watching the Men's diving semi-final this morning. So many hot shirtless guys. eusa_droo

Oh hell yes, i perv at the athletes relentlessly. But i also love all sport. Multitasking =D

But yeah me too... the forgien women athlets are so hot! Better bodys than UK ones and tanned!
But it isn't the only reason, i do like sport a lot too!

 

I got sucked in for the sports (track and field yay!!) and also the equestrians but ended up finding Oscar Pistorius the hottest guy of the games so far.
