Did you mean here or elsewhere? As I said I really enjoyed it, and yes it's one that I thought about a lot afterwards. Especially for the monologue (not actually a spoiler or plot related at all, but still thought I'd give people the choice to save it for the film):

"You know, when I'm... when I'm at home I'm absolutely fine. I don't care and I don't even think about it. I just... I'm not embarrassed, I'm not... I'm not ashamed, and I don't... I don't want to be straight. You know, not now anyway. I'm happy. I'm happy being gay. It's when I go outside, like, you know, just to Jamie's or... or to Tesco's or to work. It... It kind of... It's hard to explain, but it...it kind of feels like I've got indigestion. It actually feels exactly like indigestion.

And... it just makes me angry, you know, that I feel like that because... because it's so
fucking pathetic. You know, I'm a grown man, and I look at you, and... and I see you and you can do it and you're amazing. I just don't understand why I can't."

I mean that's not how I feel. I've got my own issues with things and they're different, but that's a smashing piece of writing. The dialogue throughout just seems so genuine. It's an especially amazing performance from Tom Cullen, given that
    he's straight.

    I liked the end.
It's not happy, but it doesn't need to be. The characters have been changed, and I think it might have been a bit against the grain of the film for them to give it a happy ending. We get Russell's angry glare at the people wolf-whistling at him, and I think that's a decent payoff.

Seen 'Pride' lately. It's about gays and lesbians supporting the miners in the UK during Thatcher. It was nice.

But I'm a Cheerleader was okay. Not an absolute favorite but worth a watch. Has anyone else seen Free Fall? Kinky Boots was alright too, but I really liked the dynamics in Four Face Liar. And GBF.

My favorite film in the LGBT type is Hellbent. It's a great Horror film. Some say it's a pile of rubbish but most of the reviews come from straight people.

There are some great films I really liked!
    Wild Beasts
    Loving Annabelle
    Imagine Me & You
    Lost & Delirious
    Monster
    Tomboy
    Blue Is The Warmest Color
    Brokeback Mountain

    Other films I watched:
    Easy Abby (ok)
    The Kids Are Alright (ok)
All Over Me (I think lots of people watched the film because of Leisha Hailey - me too. But honestly the film isn't that great, pretty boring in my opinion)

    Series:
    The L Word
Orange Is The New Black  (can't wait for season 3)

Orphan Black (not really a gay themed series, but a really great one! And I'm just so excited and fascinated by the lesbian character in it. Soooo awesome :icon_wink)

This past fall I watched Geography Club and Date and Switch.

I mean, neither of them are masterpieces (far from it), but of the two I enjoyed Date and Switch more. It was far more unexpected – I actually didn't know it was a LGBT themed movie until the moment where one of them comes out. Georgraphy Club was more... eeeh...

I watched lots of Lesbian interest movies but the followings the one I liked that don't have murder involved or suicide, death or going back to the man.
    When Night is Falling
    IF these walls Could Talk2
    Elena Undone
    I can't Think Straight
    The World Unseen
    The Four Faced Liar
Blue is the warmest Color (France)
    Bye Bye Blondie (France)
    Gray Matters
    About Cherry
    Without Men
Reaching for the Moon (at lease no one died in our watch :icon_wink)
Anatomy of a Love Seen (Every Fangirl dream :lol:slight_smile:
Kiss Me ( I love Germany)
    Saving Face
    Imagine You and Me
    Concussion
    After Sex
Room in Rome (Lots of sex almost porn don't watch it if you are not 18+ :eusa_naug )

I don't like heavy depressing movies with depressing endings so I will just try to forget I ever watched them.

I've seen Pride. I loved it! I cried and laughed and threw my pillow <.< and ended up getting the 'every woman is a lesbian at heart' song stuck in my head.

I want to watch Imagine You and Me.. :/

I just watched Date and Switch.
I thought it was great! A Fun film that breaks the typical stereotypes of a gay man.

I just watched it, too. It was pretty good. Though I was annoyed with how the main characters kept constantly "dude" and "man" each other.

I'm behind in LGBT movies since I just started so far I've watched

Beautiful Thing (My first gay movie ever)
Shortbus (Not entirely LGBT, it has enough for me to consider it at least partly LGBT)*
    Hedwig And The Angry Inch
    Milk
    Brokeback Moutain

*Has a lot of sexual content, and all of it is real.

I've seen But I'm a Cheerleader and Perks of Being a Wallflower (does that one count? I think it does). I really want to see Kissing Jessica Stein, Imagine Me and You, If These Walls Could Talk 2 and Broken Back Mountain.
