Six hours exactly, and for some reason I wake up without an alarm 20 to 30 minutes ahead whenever I have an appointment or school.
6-7 hours on a school night, though it varies somewhat. I get more on the weekend, about 8. I wish I slept more.
Seven hours is my magic number. It's that perfect amount of sleep where I don't wake up tired. I usually sleep more on the weekends though, admittedly.
I average about 7.5-8 on weekdays. On weekends I average about 7. I go to sleep around 3 only for all the morning light to wake me up about 10. I wish I could get more because I feel tired a lot. Shouldn't I be fine with 7 at this age?
I start to do very, very badly if I get less than about 9 hours of sleep for more than a few days in a row. So I tend to get that
My sleep cycle is about 1.5 hours, so I function pretty well on either 4.5,6,or 7.5 hours of sleep. Just depends on how much homework I have which one I actually do.
A little less than 8 hours I always tend to wake up early, but I'd love to sleep an hour or an hour and a half more!
I sleep for like 9 hours a day on weekdays, and probably 12-13 on weekends. I love sleep, my bed is my BFF!
