I have been known to injure myself (and others) leaping towards the radio/stereo/whatever to turn off these songs when they come on.

"I Wanna Dance With Somebody (Who Loves Me)" - Whitney Houston
"Waiting for a Star to Fall" - Boy Meets Girl
"Kiss Me" - Sixpence None the Richer
"What's Up" - Four Non Blondes
"The Ketchup Song" - Las Ketchup
    absolutely anything by Limp Bizkit
"The Bad Touch" - Bloodhound Gang
"What I Am" - Edie Brickell & the New Bohemians

Britney's "Piece of Me" is so bad, it's almost good again, so I'll let that one slide.

CoF is Death Metal now? Me thinks you dont know much about Metal. And CoF is just a shit band altogether, you made a bad choice in listening to them. =P

As for the worst song I've ever listened too, I don't listen to bad music so I wouldnt know. ;D

But anything by Fall Out Boy or those crappy Pop bands that plague the radio/rage on a saturday morning. Special mentions go out to Rhianna.

Rhianna, she's so annoying. As for Cradle of Filth, they make me want to pour acid in my ear drums. I don't mind Fall Out Boy, though.

I have to say "I Make It Rain" by Fat Joe is one of the worst rap songs out there.

^ The only way I can survive it is picturing her behind the deli counter. "You want a piece of meat?"

I don't like Britney, but I have to say she has pretty good pop sensablitity, meaning that she knows what (most) people want to hear and that's what kind of music she makes.

^ Well, I'd argue that it's her wranglers/writers/producers that have a good pop sensibilty, rather than she herself. But that's a whole 'nother discussion. And I'm sure plenty of my favorite songs would make you gag, as well.

Yeah, I guess you're write about how she doesn't write her own songs. Or sing them live.

Anyways, I doubt your favorite songs would make me gag, Lex, tell me some of them.

Back on topic, however, I have to say Rockwell's song "Somebody's Watching Me" sucks. Even if Micheal Jackson does do guest vocals on it.

Well, this morning, I'm listening to older stuff. Punk/post-punk/early new wave from the late 70s and early 80s. I like a lot of stuff, but that's what I'm listening to now.

And yeah, Britney can sing better than Deborah Iyall.

Oh man! I thought I was the only one who like Romeo Void! I have one of their albums on vinyl.

Sorry, I think Deborah Iyall is better than Britney.

    >>>Sorry, I think Deborah Iyall is better than Britney.

On a technical level, at the height of her powers, Britney had the better voice, I think. (Impossible to judge by her last album - it was so processed that it could've been ME singing. ) But Deborah had a very unique style. Both impassioned and disaffected, which is tough to pull off. Britney wouldn't've had a clue how to sing "Never Say Never", and I'm going to stop now before I start giving her ideas.

Some Canto-rap. I don't really like those Chinese/Taiwanese rap - sometimes they are over-doing it.
