Butt workout?

    soo...Yeah I seem to hate my butt.
    For some really I feel its fat, huge and ugly.
    Which doesnt seem like me.
    Dunno why because its not like Im fat..Idk.
    Well I guess its not as Firm as I want it to be which is probably why I dont like my butt.
    Anywho suggestion on how to get a firm butt?

    Yeah...Im outside the box on this one.

    Uechi Ryu Tai Chi ballet gymnastics. All very good way of gaining muscle losing fat! Yoga is teaching control of muscle and is good exersize. For many year I am doing all this. All training in job. All this is making person very healthy!

    Yoga?
    Well i did that for about a month during the summer and I did loose a few lbs but
    the thing is I had to wake up at 7am to do it.
    Its school time now and by 7am Im getting dressed.

    You can be doing yoga any time you are wanting! I can be giving website for many way of getting thin muscle ne? I am 50 kg. Always exersize!

    Well Im guessing if people point it out, something about that has to be true.
    No one points it out to me because its not fat, but its not firm like I want.

    Yeah I used to think pretty much the same as you. Just general exercises such as cycling, squat thrusts and to a certain extent running really help to firm up. And best of all, all can be done without cost.

    Nothing like a good hours 'bike ride', take in the scenery and firm up your ass at the same time... it's win win

    Hey be happy you have something to be noticed, some of us don't seem to have it so good. But to firm, doing squats, lunges, bike riding and walking are all great exercises. As for the yoga, also great. As for the time to do it, well you might be dressing at 7 AM but you could get into the habit of waking at 5 AM and doing your exercises for an hour or so, then continue on with your daily other routines. It just means you have to form the discipline to go to bed earlier and get up earlier. After a fashion it becomes a habit.

    I hate how all of my fat goes to my thighs and booty, sometimes I feel like I'm shaped like a pear. ._.

    Oh, I got a ghetto booty. It's so tight! I love the fact that my butt has some curve, I'd never want to change it.

    Edit: I have a picture of it in my gallery too, lol, that's how much I love it.

    Hmm...this thread feels like home!! It's been quite some time since I talked about butt with others:roflmao: :roflmao:

    I heard that too...not sure if it's good or not.
    I'm so glad that I have pretty acceptable butt...couldn't hurt if it got hotter though:lol:

    Just do some squats. That should do:slight_smile: Though we might need to see your butt pic so we can decide it's fat or not:icon_wink

    I always thought working out was kinda like a wholistic type thing. If you're skinny but have a big booty, then maybe you need to be in better shape overall. Best idea for this is simple running, sheds bad things and increases good things. Cardio is always good.

    Of course you can somewhat target areas, but personally I like a nice juicy booty. Doesn't have to be a rock for me to be happy. :grin:

    Doing a lot of bike riding helped me.

    Of course it would, you're using your legs a hell of a lot which is right next to your butt. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:
