Technically it's a legume. I think you can be allergic to peanuts and not tree nuts (e.g. almonds), and vice versa, or both.

On another note. My classmates were talking shit about out Lit teacher because they find his class boring and they don't understand many of the terms.
And I'm sitting in the back trying to hide cause I find the class enjoyable and easy
