    Naturally.
I always think I hate swimming until I actually start swimming, where I love it.

Yes, I'm a really good swimmer. My parents started taking me to the river to swim every single day since the age of four. I was jumping off 15 and 20 foot rocks at the age of five or six. Swimming is one of my favorite activities during the summer.

I'm a very good swimmer. I have a breath hold of about 65 seconds so I can go underwater for a long time, which used to absolutely terrify my swimming instructors.

My last instructor wanted me to swim professionally, but I didn't want to. I don't regret that decision. I joined a swimming club, and they were very serious about swimming, they pushed everyone to their limits. They pushed me a bit too far, and I got exhausted and lost a lot of weight and stopped eating properly (I was 10/11 years old). And since then I haven't done any serious swimming.

I'm still a very graceful, strong swimmer though ^^ I love diving when I can.

So if there was ever an EC Pool Party, we'd need a lifeguard.

I'll accept this burden, if nobody else will. To look amazing in a swimsuit and whistle-necklace, while having supreme authority over all speedos and bikinis, and performing mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, isn't easy... but damn it, somebody has to do it~!

Well, if you're the one performing M2M, I might have to leave my swimming skills at the door. ^.~

Yeah, I can swim. I learned from my parents because I missed so many lessons at school because the teachers wanted me to stay behind and go to therapy sessions that my therapist just walked out on one day, or rather ran.

So yeah, I learnt from my parents and I'm a pretty good swimmer if I say so myself. I can get tired out pretty quickly though from swimming, but I do enjoy it. I have no problem with the deep end either, but I used to seriously struggle because of the fact I was so behind all of my peers. I used to have to wear armbands at swim parties and I wasn't allowed to go on any of the floats. Some of my friends got off the float and stayed with me though, which looking back on was a pretty thoughtful thing to do, and I really appreciate it.

My school took our class to a pool to test who could actually swim and after getting embarrassed by the fact that I was pretty much the only person in my class that couldn't swim, I got my parents to pay for swimming lessons. Though I ended up quitting after it got to the point of "right kids lets see how many lengths you can do" with a variation on technique each lesson.

From then on it was really the girls in my family that helped me to improve my swimming, it was when we were on holiday that we realised my sister couldn't swim and so my parents got me to teach her how which really helped to improve my own technique. Apart from this my mother used to do about 50 lengths of the pool every time we went swimming and so I ended up competing with her to see who could do them quicker. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Although I don't go swimming as often as I would like I am still a very strong swimmer and love to be in the water whenever I can be.

I can swim. Good on swimming on the surface of the water but excellent in 3 or more feet underwater. I can hold my breath pretty long too! Well except only when I am seeing a fine abs <3

I can swim, but not really any of the formal strokes. I can tread water for hours, though.

I live on a river, so it would be kinda silly if I couldn't.

I am 100% comfortable in water of any depth, be it a pool, lake, river, or ocean. Just don't ask me to get from point A to point B within it quickly (or necessarily in a straight line).

Yeah I can, but you won't see me swimming voluntarily.
