    "Meh, I'm not really allowed to do what others do... I hope people don't think I'm weak or too privileged."

    I have a lot of medical conditions - including having heart surgery. Due to an ascending Aorta, I can't powerlift, or do repetition weight training... So I never really had the ability to bulk up, or have very strong muscles, and be like all those others bodybuilders.

    Therefore, doing things like going to the army, I'm exempted from doing specific strenuous activities that some people just "toughen up to" - things like what "men" would typically do in a physical sense - I couldn't do... Which of course, made me truly question how I could be of help to others.

    Especially since I tend to be attracted to people who are very strong mentally/physically.

    Makes me sometimes wonder how I am to others... And having been told by some toxic people before that "I am useless", "I'm never there when I'm needed", or "I couldn't help" - kind of makes me try to go against that thought that's been planted in the back of my head.

    And since people who are older than me (even my parents) always tell me I have it easy, and tell that I live in a day and age not like anything before, and etc... That people my age haven't really grown up or in a certain environment where they have to... But I always like to think of myself as some mature, and stable person....

    Sigh....

    They don't know shit about you so they are obviously wrong.

    But it's not just them, though. YOU also have to stop thinking what they are
