That's one thing good I can say for Texas, there are Hispanic people speaking broken English everywhere and they sound beautiful. I'll miss it when I go home. The diversity in general, really. Never seen so many different ethnicities of people right on top of each other.

I really just like when someone is obviously a non-native speaker in general though. I find their bewilderment attractive, their accents adorable (not in a sexual way, just in a huggable way), and I always want to help them out or be their first friend in the country. FOBs who are only in the US to go to an American college have nobody when they get over here.

    American, Irish, Russian.

I like the american accent because it sounds very friendly and talkative (but not the deep south ones).

I like the Irish accent because that too is really friendly.

Russian just because i find it hot. I have a thing for Russian/Eastern Europeans. Just so hot!

Strangely I'm actually starting to find the deep southern accent to be kind of hot  but i think after that i gotta love the Australian, Irish, and Hispanic accent.

Shit I never realised so many people like the Aussie accent!

    Well!
I would have to say my faves would be British, Irish, Scottish, Italian and American. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Agreed! Makes me feel happy about my accent, though it's not all that thick. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Don't understand the love for Italian/Spanish accents. Maybe I've been around my dad and grandparents too much that now I despise it. My dad's accent is so thick, I've had to call in orders for pizza and lean over him in drive through speakers just to make an order because the cashier can't understand him.

My mum has a very thick Scottish accent but I've come to love it and wish that I inherited it. I've been told I do sound a bit Scottish when I talk loud though.

Scottish accents are British accents as Scotland is in Britain. And obviously England and the UK aren't the same thing, just sayin'.

N'aw, I find the way Dutch people speak English pretty cute. It's kinda stilted and sounds quite awkward/clumsy somehow but that's its appeal, and only in a similar way to how some North Wales accents sound quite slow and singy-songy.
