I am not going to go by the last book I read, but rather by the last one that made me feel. It was called, "Mostly Harmless" written by Douglas Noel Adams. Such a a beautiful book, which beauty is not limited by the trilogy's finalie, but is also found in the other four books which came before. They happily teach you to laugh and cry for the sake of literature and then make you laugh at the fact you cried. You will learn the secret to flying is throwing yourself at the ground and missing. I found this five book long trilogy to be a masterpeice in both comic reliefe and genuinity.
Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. I've read it like 10 times, but still love it! Now I'm reading the Chamber of Secrets. I read the whole series every summer And before HP I had finished Haruki Murakami's Book of the Prophesying Bird
Without Remorse by Tom Clancy. It's part of the Jack Ryan universe. It was really good. Now I'm on to The Hunt for Red October!
Just finished Outer Dark a few minutes ago, took me longer to get through it than I should have [considering how, relatively, short it is.] Not really sure what I think about it at the moment, going to have to reflect on it for sure. It'll be interesting to revisit this in the future.
I'm a big Murakami fan and I don't think I've ever heard of that, what's it about? Edit: Never-mind it's from The Wind Up Bird Chronicles. I forgot that was released in separate chunks in different countries. Anyway enjoy it as it's fairly genius.
