    I agree. Why on earth however do you think someone like me would be so confused? My heart and identity lean gay, but my body wants women. How exactly would self-esteem and/or trauma affect one's self-conception and experience of sexuality?

    If it were reversed with someone else - "My identity and heart lean straight, but my body wants guys" - what would you say about them? :slight_smile:
