After some online searching I have found a similar organisation to Pflag locally. Perhaps they have some people who can talk to me in English. It's a relatively international city, so there's a good chance.

I can relate to this so much! I will have been married for 5 years this fall and I know the feeling of this secret we both share. It's scary to think of how my own spouse will take it, but also friends and family. I've been seeing a therapist for other issues and she has started to help me unpack some of this and encouraging me to go forward with coming out. Hang in there, we can do hard things!

Yes, I'm scared she will have the feeling that I have been dishonest with her all these years. We are married 15 years. Friends and family I don't worry about too much. My family are quite open and acceptable. Most of my friends are too.
