Writing and horseback riding (Though, due to massive weight gain, I've had to put that aside for a while). I love spending time with animals and family
People. Helping people, understanding people. It's weird too, I'm like super introverted so if you just ask if I like people I'd say no, referring to the fact that being around a lot of people really tires me, but really people are my passion. I love the whole variety of people all over the world, I love understanding different cultures, races, sexes, perspectives, just people in general, so fascinating. And I also love helping people. It feels nice to help someone and I enjoy helping people who really need the help, and really have no one, it's super satisfying for myself and usually the person or people I'm helping, because in some cases it makes life easier for them to have something done or fixed that they didn't have the capabilities of doing. I've always said if I ever become very wealthy I would start numerous organizations for all of the overlooked people of the world and definitely travel a lot more to explore the cultures and actually meet all of these people I've read so much about.
I'm a science person. meaning, all kinds of science - and mostly obsessed with ionising radiation. I must admit this obsession goes a little bit unhealthy at times :x I also have a thing for AI and humanoid robots. <3 and generally everything cyberpunk. and industrial culture of course. I also love knives, guns, rifles, and gas masks pretty much. I'm also passionate for music and dance, although I cannot dance now as I have an injured spine.
Mine might seem wierd: chocolate, coffee, ice cream, curry, the truth. I always want to know and work out the truth.
Wow! You seem like a genuine person with an awesome heart. Hope you get to volunteer or work with more organizations, and travel and experience life/people at the same time! An introvert like you, I like helping others too. I've let my social anxiety/introversion and sometimes laziness get in the way of volunteering and such, but helping out/ giving to others provides a great feeling & hopefully to those who have been helped.
This is one of my problems right now. I do many things like jogging, swimming, writing, drawing, reading, calligraphy, learning languages, volunteer... however I’m not very passionate about them. Only drawing would put me in the stage of flow - forgetting the time. I feel so lost sometimes, not only the interests but also my academics like choosing my major and career. Sigh. I just don’t have a strong preference.
Pathology, various types of music, video games, lgbtq literature, politics, civil rights ... I'm a very passionate person in general. There are so many things I feel passionate about - I could spend the entire night making a list. The following quote is pretty appropriate: "My fault, my failure, is not in the passions I have, but in my lack of control of them." - Jack Kerouac
My passion used to be music. I have been playing since I was 12. Started with flute. Moved on and took up violin as well at 14... then classical guitar at 35. Sadly since last year I have had to stop. Languages are another passion. That at least I can keep doing. I also like reading and enjoying a nice cup of tea.
Reading and history. I read anything and everything that I can find, but I tend to read the news and sci-fi/fantasy books the most. History is such a passion of mine that I'm going for a degree in it and I tend to read as much as humanly possible about it!
I have just read my own posts twice and do I see well? I haven't mentioned photography! how is it possible? both modeling and taking photos belong to my passions :3
Spinning (yarn), reading, animation, and attempting to dance. People just say I'm a "basic white girl" even though I don't even fit into two of those categories.
I love fashion design! I made my first outfit at the age of 8, and I haven’t stopped sewing ever since. Recently I’ve picked up cosplay, which can combine my two favorite things, fashion design and video games! (*≧ω≦)
