Hi, Tried putting this in another thread first, but this place might be better. Does anyone have any lesbian computer games/pc games recommendations? I found a few nice ones on steam, but I'm still on the lookout for more. Thanks!
There's a steam curator called "Hella Yuri" that reviews games with lesbian themes and explains the extent of it. You can find lots there.
If you want a episodic game which is gay as fuck try Life is Strange, its oozing with gay. Also, try Gone Home, its more of an interactive narration of a story than a game but I wholeheartedly enjoyed it.
How is it 'oozing' with gay? There's a fair amount of gay sub-text, but that's it, save for a couple of smooches.
I currently do check out Hella Yuri, as well as Queer Games Alliance on steam. It might just be that there aren't many games that are heavily influenced by relationship. Alot of them seem to just be mainly subtext or choose to play a female, etc. I mean, I have found a few good ones, I was just wondering how I could find more.
lol ive spent too long in the fandom (happy I escaped tbh), my vision has been clouded with fan art so I kinda forgot that the stuff posted on tumblr doesn't actually happen in the game. Allow me to correct myself. The fan base of the game has no chill and thus the art etc created after is oozing with gay lol
This may or may not be very gamer-ish, but The Sims is a good one if you're looking to create/prepresent LGBT+ relationships. You can create your own stories and control what happens a bit more, at least in my experience. You can make it as gay as you want Also, The Sims 4 allows players to create characters of various genders as well, not just cis/binary genders...so that's pretty neat
Sure thing! Glad I could help, and I hope the game works out for you I know it's frustratingly difficult to find LGBT+ representation in video games especially.
I mean, sure--but most of the older ones only have one token lesbian relationship that is way less developed than any of the other romance paths.
I loved both of em! Gone home is so sad but cute at the same time. I tried to make my mother play it to test the waters lol. She didn't know how to walk and look around at things at the same time in the game. Too much multitasking with that controller XD. It was worse when I introduced her to cod.
Really?? Awesome! I actually started playing that (summer sale lol), I'm about... not sure, I think half hour or so in, maybe a bit more. I like it so far at least.
Yeah, I think it's super cute >w< I just get sometimes get a little impatient about the game's style though because I usually play MMORPGs and I guess I like to be able to move my character around a lot and all the dialogue feels kind of slow lol I think I've only had three choices to make so far..? ^^; The voices are super sweet as well ;w; I'm so glad my friend bought it for me >w<
Lucky, I wish someone bought it for me lol! I agree, it sometimes does move slowly, even if you are into VNs normally, but I can't stay mad at it for long. And as far as VNs go, the quality of the art and story (so far) is fantastic to some of the other ones I've played.
Same! Counting down till before the storm releases! Plus I think there's gonna be another game after the prequel. Only bummed that Ashly isn't voicing Chloe anymore.
