I'm not, but I'm hoping to go back to being a vegetarian full time when I can. I'd love to become a vegan, but avoiding animal biproducts, especially with my meds, would be the biggest road block for me.
I rarely eat meat anymore, since I don't particularly enjoy it, plus it's costly. I'd be very easy to convert as a vegetarian, but I'm such a bad cook that I end up spoiling all the meat replacements... I eat fish instead, now. If I had a vegetarian boyfriend(and if I had more money to buy good food), I'd make the jump. As for vegan... I don't know. I don't drink milk, but I really, really like cheese. I don't think I could ever give it up completely. Eggs, while I do like them, I could live without.
I am a vegetarian. I try to keep a clean, thoughtful diet, however. I do not eat animal products which come from dead animals (e.g. rennet or gelatin). Overall I use the term "vegetarian" because I am not terribly strict about it. I prefer plant based foods but will occasionally have some egg or dairy if there are no other healthy options. I also love honey.
Well I don't eat meat much because I actually am too picky. The past month I have tried getting chicken nuggets from three places and I just can't handle the fat and other things I find in them. A few times I have even found veins which just completely disgusts me. I also have a very hard time with any other meat, for the same reason. Fat. Because of this I generally avoid meat except for well done bacon as if you cook bacon long enough it's nice and crispy without any fat. The only thing that saddens me is that I know what goes on in the meat industry and I do in-fact eat some vegan meat alternatives and I don't really consume any dairy products or buy leather things so in a way I am semi-helping and I would rather do that then not help in any way what so ever.
I'm planning to become vegan and have been a vegetarian since November 2012. While it was very easy to stop eating meat and using products from dead animals like leather or gelatin, I have a harder time with veganism because I love pizza and my father makes this amazing casserole. I also live at home again and it's already difficult enough because my brother is a picky eater, my mother doesn't eat any fruits and my father wants his meat. My parents said they don't want me to become vegan while I live with them and the problem is that they do so much for me at the moment that I'd feel bad for stressing them out even more. On the other hand, I feel sorry for all the animals. I guess I'll eat as many vegan dishes as possible, start buying cruelty free products and use all opportunities I can to cook for myself and wait until I move out again to fully become vegan.
I'm not, but I eat a lot of vegetarian food. Not on purpose really, but my best friend is a vegetarian and she's a good cook. lol
I'm not. I respect the idea of vegan/vegetarian lifestyles though. For my health personally I need the balanced diet, including meat. That said I am very picky about what meats I buy and I tend to eat poultry over red meat. A lot of turkey burgers and turkey hotdogs in my diet
Nope, not a vegan or a vegetarian. As a side note though, as there's a "I'm rude af meat is good" option, there should be a "yes I'm a vegan and I like to shove it up other people's faces and make them feel bad instead of minding my own business" option
I'd like to be a vegetarian but my current circumstances make that quite hard unfortunately. Ideally I'd go vegan but I wouldn't know how to go about that without totally messing myself up so...
im definitaly vegetarian. Im always trying to be as vegan as possible but i still eat cheese as a meat replacer
I've tried to be vegetarian in the past a couple times, but I love meat far too much to manage for too long it seems! That said I do quite enjoy vegetarian substitutes to meat. Can't say I could ever personally become vegan though, although I respect those who do.
