Yep agreed. Whatever you find attractive and/or turns you on isn't something you can control. I started noticing feet ever since I realized that my ex has a foot fetish. I was confused on why feet turned him on but after looking at different feet I understood why feet turned him and I started thinking feet are attractive and they're all wonderful in their own way.
No, it is definitely not weird to have a foot/sock fetish! I have one myself, so I hope it's not weird at least...
Not strange or weird in the least. In fact, I'd love to meet a guy who wants to take care of my feet. And really, aren't feet just beautiful and sexy as hell? I've always thought so.
Your fetish is absolutely not weird especially compared to my fetishes. Like I have some weird ones, so you are pretty safe with just having a sock and foot fetish.
Feet, nice ones, truly are beautiful, and I don't consider it all that subjective. I like nice feet, long slender thighs, ribs, hip bones, a skinny build - not muscular. All of them get me interested.
No. That's pretty normal. There's a lot of weirder shit you could be into that still wouldn't be that odd.
I heard from some spiritual person that sexual fetishes relate to some fixation or unmet need in childhood. An example was given of feet where, as toddlers your mother/primary caregiver placed you on the floor instead of picking you up much when you wanted them to so the closest part of your mother would have been her feet. So feet represent or simulate feelings of bondage, closeness or attachment Psycholohists also say that your attachment style with parents acts as template to influence later adult relationships so it can be seen how that applies here. Judge of that what you will, its interesting stuff Personally im not a big fan of feet blegh!!
Foot fetish is quite common, though I personally don't understand the appeal (or at least, not looking at my feet...blegh). However there is something about knee/thigh high socks that is quite attractive or even sexy on some people.
