I can only sleep when I'm on my stomach. Anytime I have to sleep on my back/side because of a medical problem (ear infection, surgery etc.), I just end up sleeping very little or not at all. Top surgery was a pain mostly for that reason. I turn my head to the right and rest it on a small pillow while I keep my arms underneath me to support my spine. It's a very stable position, so I don't really move in my sleep.
I toss and turn a lot then freak out like I'm being murdered or somthing when I get all tangled in my blanket
Flat on my back or flat on my stomach, and once I'm out, I'M OUT. XD Jk sort of? It takes me awhile to get to sleep, but like, my REM cycle is pretty strong- I am never disrupted, much to the dismay of those who need to wake me up for stuff.
Wherever my body's whimsical sense of "Comfy" takes me; just as long as I don't sleep on my face xD ahaha rather unhealthy you know.
I like to sleep with two pillows either side of me, for cuddling purposes, always cuddling either of them depending on whatever side I've rolled onto lmao. For some weird reason, I also find comfort in having one hand in the middle of the two pillows used to rest my head, probably because it's colder there? Who knows.
I start out on my side, but 95% of the time end up on my stomach. For some reason, I have to make sure my neck is as straight as possible before I feel comfortable enough to fall asleep.
I sleep on my left side in fetal position. I also put my left arm under the pillow and sleep on it. I can fall asleep anywhere at any time.
I usually start out on my back and end up swimming my bed most the night. When I was a kid none of my siblings would sleep in the same bed with me on trips, cause I would nearly beat them up while I slept.
Nothing, special really, but I move a lot when sleeping. And talk nonsense. I shout too, sometimes, so loud that I wake myself up.
i sleep with my body facing up and a pillow underneath my head and another beneath my legs when alone...when with my someone i sleep at their right always. well..my routine is taking really cold water and watching a funny animation film before closing my eyes to avoid nightmares
I sleep in any given position sans on my stomach. I almost always have the TV or equivalent on and I put my head under my pillow
My general sleeping pattern: get in bed, watch YT vids and/or browse Chrome on my phone, put the phone away for a few minutes, turn it back on, masturbate, clean up, go on YT/Chrome for a little longer, and ,finally, sleep at roughly 12:30.
I have to fall asleep on my right shoulder but as SOON as I pass out I switch over to my left. Don't ask me why. I can't sleep on my back or stomach at all.
I can only sleep flat on my back...and I don't use a pillow under my head. Only reason I even have pillows on my bed is to cuddle up with
On one side with a body pillow between my arms and legs. I don't turn a lot (or at all!). Lately it's been very easy for me to fall asleep. I just need to think of a story of me, then I'll fall asleep and dream of some random thing.
On my side, foetal position or sort of scrunched up. And covered by about a million blankets, quilts, sheets etc. as I kinda go into hibernation mode come bedtime, even in summer! I've never sleepwalked but apparently I sleeptalk a lot
