I travelled to Saskatchewan in March to see my boyfriend. One night we ordered a pizza and bam, all the toppings were under the cheese. From what I recall I've never seen that before and was curious; is this a way that a lot of people enjoy their pizza?
It depends on the kind of pizza you are getting. One of the pizzas I usually will get has the toppings below the mozzarella cheese, but with others the cheese is 'interwoven' with the toppings, unless they put too much cheese on it. But I do like it when the cheese is on top of the toppings, especially if it is mozzarella.
It's so much better! I guess it's usually only like small places that do it. Next time if we get like domino's or something I think it's like how you're used to
Pizza is pizza I suppose. Also a side note: can you really call them "toppings" if they're not on top?
That sounds weird; where I live the cheese is on top all the time. Admittedly I can't eat cheese but yeah.
I tend to put them over the cheese, now I'm going to have to try cheese on top the next time I make a pizza.
Top. I'm very neurotic when it comes to food. I'd probably freak if I ever saw a pizza with toppings under the cheese.
Well, that's new. (•. •) I've only ever seen the toppings thrown on top of the cheese, never heard of them being shoved underneath the stuff... cool.
