I bounce back and forth a lot. It's really hard for me to pick an absolute favorite song because I always want to break it down from genre to genre. I'm also a sucker for any song with really good vocals and big, bold hooks/chorus. However, More than a Feeling by Boston is certainly top of the list due to personal influence from my childhood.
It is impossible for me to settle on one song, so a little list of my absolute favorites: Spoiler Helena, Dead! - MCR Comfortably Numb - Pink Floyd We Found Love - Rihanna feat. Calvin Harris Mirrors - Justin Timberlake A Bad Dream - Keane Paranoid - Black Sabbath Stairway To Heaven - Led Zeppelin
I love these songs too! Gonna do my top five in no particular order, but don't hold me to this as it changes frequently and is probably wrong anyway: 1) Pale Blue Eyes by VU. 2) Stretch Out and Wait by The Smiths. 3) Light Rail Coyote by Sleater-Kinney. 4) Lousy Connection by Ezra Furman. 5) Don't Try Suicide by Team Dresch. Aaahh that was the most stressful thing I've ever written
Currently my favorite would be EASE - Troye Sivan (pop? I think). My all time favorite would be Black Beauty by Lana Del Rey ( indie ).
Which one? I've got a few that are my songs right now: "The Sound of Silence" - Disturbed "Lydia" - Highly Suspect "Boss's Daughter" Pop Evil "Trans-Europa Express" - Kraftwerk "Strangers" - Portishead
My absolute favourite song ever is 'Heaven Knows' by Five For Fighting. If I ever get married, that will be the song for the first dance (even if it does use past tense but WHATEVER). That said, I also love 'Riptide' by Vance Joy, 'Chrome' by VNV Nation, 'Alone Together' by Fall Out Boy, 'Arsonist's Lullaby' by Hozier and basically any Twenty One Pilots song. I actually had to stop myself making a list of the best ones. As you might have noticed, I like to talk about music!
this is a weird one. There's a video on youtube called "1 hour of French Revolutionary music" and I've been listening to it obsessively for about a week.
