It's still quite a far ways to go, but at least some areas have taken a step in the right direction. Some "superior" people are scared by others gaining their rights, and will do everything in their power to prevent it...
A ruling is one things. Enforcement is a completely different story. I don't think the impact is as big as it may seem. Still, good news nonetheless.
Yep, it actually doesn't mean anything in the facts, Italy and the others countries don't have to (and probably won't ) do a damn thing. Still, it's finally being recognized that they are violating a human right.
