I use to like it chilly but ever since I moved away for school and lived in residence I prefer slight warmth a lot more now. In residence we couldnt control the thermostat so I had to get use to very warm conditions.
I so prefer cold to heat! In winter, I kept it at 18, mostly. The heat makes me sick and people think I'm weird for not liking the summer -_-. What's more weird: a population living in a place with cold winters but hates it, or a guy who lives there and actually likes it?
cold.(though lazing in the sun like a cat is just *purr*)I like rain and that stuff and my brain malfunctiones if it's too hot.(in both ways =P) It also gives me an excuse to snuggle up in blankets. And no one can tell me of for wearing a hoody =P
prefer chill over heat... if i have a partner its more reason for us to get naked and share body heat arfff
More heat! I keep my apartment at 75 - 80ºF (24 - 27ºC) in the winter and it goes well above that in the summer without my help. It has the added benefit of making me feel less hungry than if I am in constant cold, and it makes cold water taste absolutely amazing, so it's good for my health too.
My room houses the door to our attic which is uninsulated, so my room gets really cold in the winter. If it's completely unbearable, I crank up the heat and leave my door open. However, I do not like to be hot.
I prefer the cold. When it's cold I can wear more clothes or cover up with more blankets. When it's hot, there's not much I can do .:bang:
I like cooler temps, or I start to get sleepy. But then can't sleep, because it's too hot. It's really a terrible, vicious cycle. What I define as 'cool' depends on the season. I like it a bit warmer when it's cold outside, and visa versa.
I have always kept the central air-conditioner on 67 degrees year round and during the winter run a Quartz space-heater to keep the temp never above 67 where the air-conditioner is set. Last year I really have been having hot flashes bad and run the air-conditioner at 63 degrees in my home currently. I hate moisture is why I run both a space-heater and air-conditioner during the winter. I know I waste electricity, but having a comfortable home is worth it. Back when I was a child Nixon asked Americans to set their heat at 68 to conserve fuel oil, and I just really found a home temp in the 60's comfortable every since. June
chill please i hate the summer i despise everything that makes me sweat and smell and make me wear sunscreen to protect my skin from burning cause the sun is a bitch to me
I definitely prefer the cold. Besides, it's always been socially acceptable to put on more layers. As for taking off layers that's not exactly an option after a certain point.
