Personally I don't like straight at all, so I don't like bent either. I'm not so passionate about how heteronormative society makes us think that we're wrong and need to be corrected and so on and so forth. However, I believe that names and labels are very powerful, so if I'm going to give myself a label, I'm going to assign myself one that doesn't make it sound like I think I'm 'broken' or 'bent' in some way.

As to the comments about LGBT+, technically I like SAGA better (Sex And Gender Alliance) but I've never actually heard any use it like LGBT so I don't use it either.

Yeah, The only time I've used and have heard the word is by telling someone to "Get Bent". Meaning, Fuck Off, Piss Off, Go To Hell, Go fuck Yourself ect.. That's the way i've used it & have heard it being used. Especially, in Animes. Lol.

I've never heard it used as an offensive term against gays ect.

So bisexuals would then be "askew"? With variation in our tastes being represented by angles between 0 and 90?

Like the joke. Hate the idea. LOL
