Honestly, I don't see why people are saying we'd go extinct. We will NOT go extinct. Are you guys forgetting that sexual orientation =/= sexual behavior? If everyone was gay, gay people would still be having a lot of straight sex for the purpose of making babies and having families; they just won't be sexually attracted to the act nor would they desire an opposite sex relationship. But yeah, lots of babies would still be here. If everyone had homosexual sexual contact, we actually might spread even less STD's. Lesbians have the lowest STD risk of all sexuality, and a lot of gay men I know always try to use protection since they value anal and are scared of the risk; more than half of straight people never use condoms during anal since they either think It's not "real sex", or "why would I need to, I can't get pregnant that way".
They'd just find something else to whine about. But no one will care who has sex with what gender. Hetero sex is just to make babies. But ten years after the universal gayness people are going to use that era to describe gay as being a choice and use illogical reasoning to defend their hypothesis which will make since to straight people or heterosexuality will be a minority and gay people forgetting about discrimination they faced will say being hetero is a choice and it should only make babies.
Then gays and lesbians would no longer go through the heartbreak of falling for the unattainable straight people in our lives. -_-

Population wise it may decrease but there will be straight sex everywhere but that's not the only way to make babies, I'm sure surrogacy should exist in a bigger rate in that time. On the note of Freedom = Equality, in that point in time we will experience equality in a sexual level and I think that's one step closer to attaining peace. There are honestly a lot of things to discuss with this and it is such a great topic, the children wouldn't have to worry about sexual bullying which would give them more tolerance, the kids of that generation would be much smarter in a way. Its like the saying walk a mile in my shoes, only instead of a mile its 10 years.
Plus, if we reached a time period where birth control was nearly 100% effective, it would 'kill' the population as much as it would if everyone was gay. That's why I don't understand why straight people think gay people are 'wrong' yet birth control and heterosexual oral/anal sex isn't.
What if instead, everyone who thinks you can choose to be straight or gay, were compelled to "be gay" for a year by law? Date people of the same sex if they were single. Cheat on their spouses with someone of the same sex if they were married. Watch gay porn. Pray for the gay to STAY instead of go away. Wear rainbow jewelry and tie-dyed clothing. Drive Subarus if they were women (lol). Wonder how many of them then would "choose" to stay gay? :eusa_naug
More people would care about social issues, all of the homophobes would be in the closet, more fertility clinics would pop up like Starbucks, no more unplanned pregnancies, people would not care as much about societal norms and gender roles.... Suicide rate would go way down. I could actually find a girlfriend haha

well the genetic field would really soar, and i doubt there would be child molestation so a safer, less populated world. however there might be a problem of inbreeding taking into account that most children would be born not knowing one of there biological "parents" and the lesser population... but you never know

I would have a bf easily and we will be "normal", but the safety sex devices would be very expensive :lol: and my parents would put me in a female restricted school , we won't be special anymore :icon_sad:
