Would you get along with your own clone?

"There can only be one!" We would fight to the death! Realistically we would reach a peaceful agreement. I would work well with myself. Yeah, we'd be friends. It would freak me out though. We'd become a little different over time but not too much. In a way I'm glad there is only one me.

I've thought what would it be like to meet my mirror self? In the D&D plane of mirrors! Now that would be interesting although short-lived. He would try to kill me to take my place in this material realm. What if I took it a step further and houseruled the mirror selves to be complete opposites of original people. I can't believe I'm internally debating the gender identity this hypothetical person would have. GEEK GEEK GEEK. Time to return to the real world.

 

I think we'd get along swimmingly. I'd even want to go on to join forces, and start a compound, where could make even more clones, dozes, hundreds, thousands...

 

Heck no, I could never get along with myself. I'd think I was being rude and indiscriminate. No lie.

 

It would be nice to meet another me but I wouldn't love that because it's nice to meet new person and if you have a clone it would be so boring and everything known.

 

Yes of course, we would have common interests, a lot to talk about, many things to do together and I could totally trust him.

 

He would eat all my snacks...so no.

 

I'd get along with him but I wouldn't want to be anything more than friends. I don't find myself attractive and I'd want to date someone who doesn't have the exact same personality and interests as me because then I'd never get to experience anything new.

 

Yeah, we would get along great.

 

Neither of us would have the guts to initiate the friendship!

Well, having a cloned me in the house would remind me of all my flaws (he'd be really ugly, trust me) and probably give me a ton of dysphoria. Post-transition, though? I'd use him to be in two places at once, and he wouldn't mind because I know how I think, and if I see an advantageous situation(when I'm calm), I'll take advantage of it. I hope I don't piss him off, though. Angry me is not pleasant. At all.

Probably yes, because we'd think alike and we'd have the same interests. We would rave to the same music and never disagree. But then that may get a bit annoying :eusa_doh:

I don't think I would. I'm too quiet and reserved and way too easily angered. So no, I probably won't get along with my clone. A clone would definitely come in handy though :lol:
