I have a neutral sneeze, not really "voiced" if you get the meaning of that. My cough is very high-pitched though, so it does make me feel a bit self-conscious in a dysphoric way. The worst thing is my hiccup. Very "cutesy". I always look angry though because of the dysphoria it gives me to hiccup. I must look like an angry little kid haha!

My sneeze is a hurricane blast. I wish it were more petite.

Let's see. Talking, laughing, coughing are all masculine for me. But my hiccups, yawns, and sneezes are all these delicate little things. I squeak.

I actually have a pretty feminine sneeze, which works in my favour.
You could try holding in the sneeze when you're about to sneeze, and close your mouth. That should help. :3
