I'm sure this has been done before, I was just wondering what everyone preferred in their choice of furry(or scaly, or feathered, or slimy, etc.) companions. Me, I prefer dogs. Although my dogs act kinda like cats (esp. the girl). I have Chow Chows. What do you guys have/prefer? Thanks for playing!
I like both of 'em As a child I had a cat named Dolly who was a beautiful Russian blue. It was funny when I named him, because he was too young to tell if he was a she or not, and the name just stuck XD. Poor thing had cancer and had to be put down six years ago. Since then I haven't personally had a pet. My boyfriend has two dogs, a six month old boxer named Spencer, and a 13 year old corgi/shiba inu mix named Chester. Both of them are very affectionate and thankfully don't bother my allergies.
Dogs, but I've never had a cat. I've only had four dogs. One Rhodesian Ridgeback (she was violent and my parents were careful about her jealousy around my brother and me as infants and toddlers) a German Shepard/Labrador cross (even worse; he looked like a lab, violent as a shepard), and now I have two pure labradors, who are beautiful and docile animals with intelligence and personality.
I'm a cat person. I love their personalities and the fact that they are loving, yet not overly affectionate.
Six months ago, I would have said I'm a dog person. Then I moved in with some roommates who have cats, and I realized cats can be pretty great too. I still prefer other people's dogs over other people's cats, but if I were to get a pet of my own, I might end up getting a cat just because they take less time to take care of.
Love dogs, allergic to cats. Check my photo album if you wanna see pics of my dog. He's pretty much the sweetest and most adorable thing ever.
Cats for me. I can't resist their cuteness. I'm pretty indifferent to dogs. Although we used to have a dog when I was growing up. Was sad when he died.
All? I have dogs, fish, birds, rabbit and getting a kitten next year. I want snakes and lizards but I'd have to move out to get them. I'd like a horse too but I can't afford to look after one
Eh, on a practical level cats- they're much lower maintenance. Practicalities aside, I wouldn't mind either. They're both great personality-wise. I have a slight preference to cats, but that might be because I have one . If it wasn't so much trouble, I'd be open to the idea of a dog though. Or something different entirely like hamsters. Or a gecko. An anthill could be fascinating to watch as well. But yeah... let's go with cats.
Belle is my dog's name! Please everyone(even cat people, I'm cool with cats grew up with a couple) send good karma her way. She's gonna be in the Eukanuba dog show tomorrow!
Trust me, just about everything has been done before . I love all domesticated animals that show some emotion. So that's mostly cats and dogs, but I don't limit to them.
Dogs are the best, some cats are just too full of themselves... Tell me this face doesn't melt you away:
