What Are You Thinking?

I have to be the biggest subversion of "hair trigger temper" I know of... I definitely have a hair-trigger temper, but you'll almost never see me angry.

Edit: I guess that's actually a double subversion, then. I spend too much time on TvTropes. :lol:

We finished casting! It's an all female production of Julius Caesar with the only exceptions being a male Brutus and a male Soothsayer. I'm getting everybody dressed up in leather and red warpaint with their hands dripping with fake blood...

Now I'm not normally in the habit of posting messages in the public domain, but this one has me stumped. I'm not sure why I would know why a man I have never met who is seemingly involved with a woman I've not seen in 8 years would possible be asking about me, and if she means best friend rather than boyfriend then I have no idea why they're asking about me either. Is that even what is going on here?

To be honest, this question has thrown me out of the loop completely. I need to work on memorising information for the mock trial, yet now I find myself wondering the same thing; why is her boy(best)friend asking about me? Who is he? Why is she asking me why he's asking about me? Is he someone I know who has not revealed he is her boyfriend? What is going on? What is life?

 

It's 3.30am and I'm awake with a sore throat that feels like I have an angry, flaming hedgehog caught in my throat.

 

I'm doing my passive anger thing again…

Forget the anger thing. You just received the biggest adrenaline jolt in your life!! Fight or flight went into overdrive, and it was gonna be fight because I was trapped.

I have nothing to be ashamed of so I won't cover them up anymore. I beat back something that takes people's lives. I am a survivor and I refuse to hide that. I won't show them off but I refuse to wear long sleeves while we go on this run and if someone sees, they'll see that I survived.......Hopefully. :icon_sad:

 

I think I need to get away from Spain for a while. I'm sick of the same places and faces every day.

Whenever I think of the mock trial, my heart starts getting panicky, as if I've consumed coffee washed down with an energy drink. This shouldn't cause so much stress, it isn't marked, and we already know we're going to get roasted whatever happens, and there's only a 25% chance I'll be selected as a witness... if I spent less time panicking and feeling as if my heart is trying to escape my chest, I would know the witness statement off by heart.

The avoidant in me hopes I have a full blown panic attack, get sent to the handily located hospital over the road, and can avoid the entire event. That would work, right? Going into the room, collapsing in a fit of panic, and it'll be game over. Game.Over.

Or I can swallow my little "calm the fuck down" pills and stop being such a baby about 45 minutes of being roasted. 45 minutes, who cares?

 

Congrats! Anyone with a Pokemon username and a Portal profile pic deserves to be ecstatic!

 

Officially done studying for microbiology final. I feel confident and ready. Let's hope that confidence + preparation translate into me getting a good grade >.<
